I offer a 10-minute grace period for all appointments; after 10 minutes, the appointment is considered cancelled. In the event of a late arrival beyond this grace period or a no-call no-show, the appointment will not be honored, no refunds will be issued, and the card on file will be charged the full service amount in addition to the applicable no-show fee.
